“We received a call on the day of arrival to confirm their appointment. One of their previous houses took a bit longer than expected, so we were notified of updated times. Even though they had a long day, they were very diligent in cleaning each room of the house and focusing on the areas I had requested as this is a new home we purchased which was not cleaned/maintained very well prior to our purchase.
Three of them were scrubbing all of the grease off of the stove at the end of the shift, and yet they still asked me to inspect to ensure that the cleaning was up to my expectations even thought it was approaching 7pm in the evening. They remade all of the beds, folded Kleenex and toilet paper in fashions as you would find in a nice resort which I thought was a great unexpected touch to their dedication to quality. It was the first time since we have moved in that I felt that my 2 year old could walk on the floors barefoot as it looked and smelled clean. In fact so clean, I am afraid that my bare feet will dirty it up. 🙂
